Here are some new renders of what the space will look like upon installation. The intent is for the viewer to pick up the iPad and hold it up to the paintings on the wall. Once the image is recognized, a 2D/3D animation will play on the iPad. The viewer will be able to move the iPad around to see the animation that have come out of the paintings in the Physical space around them. The images displayed in the renders are mock-ups of what the paintings will look like. Once scanned, an animation will play, integrating the real world and the painting. The intent is to look beyond the painting and open a door into another world. Things are not always what they appear to be.
Hold the iPad in front of you up towards the painting.
Scan the images until that AR Content and animation is playing.
Look around the space to see other animations playing outside the frame of the painting and around you.
Holding the iPad like so, will trigger the animation based on the image you position the iPad on. Make sure nothing is obstructing the camera’s view.
